Throughout the website, the terms “Mowgly Ventures”, “Mowgly”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Mowgly Ventures. By accessing our website, creating an account, submitting information, purchasing products or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy and other policies displayed on the website.
Mowgly Ventures currently offers selected pet-care and pet-nutrition products, including products from Homiee & Ginger. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, ingredients, prices and other information displayed on the website are accurate. However, manufacturers may occasionally change packaging, labelling, ingredients, formulation, size, design or appearance, and minor variations between website images and the product supplied will not necessarily mean that the product is defective. Customers should always review the manufacturer's product label, ingredient information, feeding directions, storage instructions and warnings before use.
All orders are subject to availability, successful payment, delivery serviceability and acceptance by Mowgly Ventures. We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving product unavailability, incorrect pricing, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity, unusually large or abnormal orders, technical errors or circumstances that prevent fulfilment. Where an accepted prepaid order is cancelled by Mowgly Ventures, the appropriate amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, delivery charges and other charges, where relevant, will be displayed on the website, checkout page or invoice as appropriate. Promotional prices, discount codes, special offers or other benefits may be subject to separate terms and may be modified or withdrawn from time to time.
Online payments are processed through Cashfree Payments and other payment options that may be made available through the website. Mowgly Ventures does not ordinarily store customers' complete payment-card or banking credentials. If an amount is debited but an order is not confirmed, customers should contact us at contact@mowglyventures.com, and we will assist with verification of the transaction and the appropriate resolution.
Mowgly Ventures may provide articles, videos, pet-care information, quizzes, feeding guidance, educational content, care suggestions and personalised product recommendations. Such information is intended for general educational and informational purposes only and should not be treated as veterinary diagnosis, veterinary treatment or a substitute for advice from a qualified veterinary professional.
Unless otherwise stated, original content created by Mowgly Ventures, including our brand identity, articles, videos, photographs, graphics, educational materials, quizzes, care-plan concepts and website content, is owned by or licensed to Mowgly Ventures and may not be copied, republished, reproduced or commercially exploited without permission. Brand names, trademarks, product images and intellectual property belonging to Homiee & Ginger or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
Where customers submit reviews, photographs, videos, testimonials or other content, they confirm that they have the right to submit such material. Mowgly Ventures may remove or moderate content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, offensive, unrelated, fraudulent or promotional spam.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mowgly Ventures will not be responsible for loss or harm arising from misuse of a product, failure to follow product instructions, improper storage or handling after delivery, inaccurate information provided by the customer, or reliance on general educational information as a substitute for appropriate veterinary care. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit rights available to consumers under applicable Indian law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be dealt with in accordance with applicable law and the appropriate legal and consumer forums available in India.
