Shipping policy

Mowgly Ventures delivers to serviceable locations across India. Orders are processed and dispatched after successful payment confirmation and subject to product availability, serviceability of the destination and normal business operations.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier partner, shipment volume, holidays, weather conditions, local restrictions, operational disruptions or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Mowgly Ventures. Any delivery timeline communicated through the website, order confirmation or tracking information should therefore be treated as an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

Shipping charges, free-shipping eligibility or promotional shipping benefits, where applicable, will be clearly communicated to the customer on the website or during checkout before payment is completed. Mowgly Ventures may revise shipping charges, free-shipping conditions or promotional offers from time to time without requiring changes to this policy.

Once an order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared through email, SMS, WhatsApp or another available communication channel. In some circumstances, an order may be delivered in more than one shipment. Customers receiving only part of an order are advised to check their tracking information before reporting an item as missing.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, PIN code and contact details. Mowgly Ventures will make reasonable efforts to assist with address changes requested before dispatch but cannot guarantee changes once the shipment has been handed over to the courier partner.

Where delivery is unsuccessful because of an incorrect address, inability to contact the recipient, repeated unavailability, refusal of delivery or circumstances attributable to the customer, additional delivery charges may apply if the order has to be shipped again.

Cash on Delivery is currently not available. All orders must be prepaid using the payment options displayed at checkout.

If a package arrives damaged, tampered with, incomplete or incorrect, customers should contact contact@mowglyventures.com as soon as reasonably possible and provide appropriate photographs, videos and order details so that the issue can be investigated.
